Prices, descriptions and availability of our products is subject to change without notice.

The customer (you)
In order to become a member of our Wine Club or to order any of our products and services, we will ask you to complete a Wine club registration form. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information and notify us of any changes. You must keep your account and login credentials confidential. Wines by Aizia will not be responsible for any fraud committed if your account credentials become public knowledge.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under 18 years of age in the UK. By completing our registration process, you are confirming you meet the legal requirement to be over 18 years of age.
Wines by Aizia complies with the data protection act and is committed to ensuring that your privacy and data is protected. We shall not share your data with any third party without your consent. For your safety, all data and transactions are encrypted and data held securely.
We collect the following information:
• name – contact information including email address, delivery address, mobile phone and fixed line telephone numbers
• payment information
• demographic information such as, postcode, preferences and interests
• other information relevant to any product and service purchase
• other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and for internal record keeping.
Periodically we may send promotional email about products, events, services or other information which we think you may find interesting.
We use the information to improve our products and services. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information collected to improve the customer experience or customize the website. You have the option to unsubscribe if you so wish.
Order process and delivery
By completing the online order process, you confirm your intent to purchase goods. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. All orders are subject to availability and the order verification processes.
The contract is made only when we accept your order, process payment and dispatch your goods. We reserve the right not to accept any order. The order receipt confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. Once your order has been processed and confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address or mobile phone number you have supplied. If, for any reason, we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the goods.
Deliveries are made during normal business hours to the address specified on the order summary. This can be your home, work or holiday address. Remember, the delivery can only be accepted and signed for by yourself or someone designated to accept on your behalf and must be 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
We endeavour to deliver your order within 15 working days of your order being confirmed, except where indicated otherwise. Should you not be available to accept your order and the products are returned to us, we will refund the purchase price but not the delivery costs.
Wines by Aizia can’t be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies in the details provided by you the Customer or for any damage occurring to the products after delivery. On receipt, please check your order carefully, and should you identify any anomalies let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Currently we do not deliver to destinations outside the UK.
Aizia Wine Club membership orders
You will be required to join the Aizia Wine Club service. Completion of the Wine club registration form does not constitute acceptance of membership. Once your application has been processed and confirmed, we will send you the Welcome to Aizia Wine Club confirmation with your membership details to the email address you have supplied. If, for any reason, we are unable to accept your membership application, we will inform you of this.
At the time of registration your order shall be deemed as an ongoing order until you cancel the repeat order or otherwise inform us. Please allow 30 days notice if you want to cancel your membership or make any permanent changes to your case requirements.
Wines by Aizia, in the case of a breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer, reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Customer’s account at any time and without notice.
Right of cancellation
The member has the right to cancel their order, without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of receipt of goods. A full refund will be offered provided the goods are still in the original delivery box, remain in good condition and that the request to cancel is received in writing. You can cancel your order by:

• by completing the Order cancellation and returns form on our website
• by writing to us at Wines by Aizia, Aberwood, 3 Summerlay Close, Kingswood, Surrey KT20 6HE.
Any cancelled order will be refunded usually within five working days but in any event within a maximum 30 working days.
Should you receive the wine box and the contents are found to be damaged or spoilt, you may return the items for replacement, refund or account credit.
Our customer services will issue a returns number, progress the return and arrange pick up
Please note, items returned should be securely packaged, include your details and the returns number.
The Customer must pay for all goods or services at the time of ordering. All orders are processed in Pound Sterling (GBP). Payment will be taken in full at the time of ordering.
We accept all major UK credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard except American Express or Diners card.
Members of the Aizia Wine Club may also set up a direct debit.
We take great care to ensure that all pricing and product information on this website is accurate. On a rare occasion, an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to change prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order.
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT.
Our promise and quality guarantee
We are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products and services. If a wine is corked or the contents faulty we will offer a replacement or credit on the return of the bottle in question.
Many of our wines are not suitable for long-term storage. Our website offers a simple drinking and storage guide for all our wine to help you get the most enjoyment from your purchase. If a wine has been kept too long or stored inappropriately, we may not be able to offer a refund.
